In the quest to be civil, many people believe the answer is to avoid sensitive topics. But that can result in walking on eggshells or ignoring each other rather than truly resolving issues and disagreements.
In this presentation, Karen Tibbals will take us through the basics of a new tool that enables us to discuss the things that matter -- respectfully.
Her engaging talk draws on the latest psychology theories, teaching us how to apply them in our everyday lives. It will change
forever the way you see conflict!
