​Ways to Volunteer

• Talk about us online and follow our Facebook Page.
• Write a letter to the editor about civility.
• Join one of our committees: Art Contest, Workshops, Fundraising, Technical.
• Apply to join our Board!  Email us at [email protected] for information.
• Reach out to organizations who may be interested in a Civility First workshop for their members.
• March in a parade (Holland Happening, Memorial Day, 4th of July).
• Help staff a booth (Holland Happening, Celebrate America, Pride Picnic, Island County Fair, etc. (We will see that you have training and support in the booth.)
• Take pictures or make videos for us to put online.
• Hang posters and do publicity for workshops and special events.
• Participate in our art and poster contests.
• Work with us to organize an event, help with registration at workshops, etc.
• Encourage your organization or faith community to sign the pledge as a group.
• If you have a special talent or idea for how you would like to volunteer, let us know!​
